It’s my picture on the homepage but The Peak Performance Business Group® is definitely a collaborative effort. Amy and I are partners in life and in business. She and I met while working for Harley-Davidson® in Milwaukee and have been together ever since.

Amy Rodgers – Principal partner of the Peak Performance Business Group®

She rides, she flies and she holds the patent on a basketball hoop system. Amy is the high revving engine driving the Peak Performance Business Group. Her ability to cut through organizational complexity and provide pragmatic advice has clients describing her as an “exceptional” and “extraordinary” consultant.

As the product manager of Huffy Sports basketball systems, Amy developed product and worked with superior retail channels Wal-Mart and Target.

For the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Amy was the Product Manager of Leather. Yes, she’s the one who helped bring you all those cool leather jackets to the dealer network. Her corporate international experience includes New Business Development and Parts & Accessories.

A talented workshop leader, she has led Harley-Davidson dealers to retail success in the U.S., Canada, Australia and Europe.

Amy’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison provides key insights for her client work.

She also suggests her background in psychology is what enables her to work so effectively with her husband!

Mark Rodgers – Principal partner of the Peak Performance Business Group®

What Mark Rodgers does is simple; he makes sure you hear “Yes!”

Mark Rodgers is a principal partner of the Peak Performance Business Group, which helps clients dramatically improve their ability to persuade – often achieving astonishing results.

Rodgers has helped clients:

  • Considerably increase market share through influence strategy creation and
    tactical implementation
  • Develop competition-crushing marketplace persuasion
  • Significantly accelerate cash flow via comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Reduce workforce attrition, streamline processes, and speed management
    decision making
  • Seize advantage of quickly unfolding market opportunities
  • Fire on all cylinders by generating long-lived enthusiasm, uncommon alignment and ensuring essential skill acquisition.

An award-winning author, speaker and sought-after consultant, Mark’s bestselling McGraw-Hill book: Accelerate the Sale helps clients significantly improve their sales and customer satisfaction faster than they ever thought possible.

For fun, he penned a book about the music industry, Guardian of the Gods – An Inside Look at the Dangerous Business of Music. The reason Mark says was singular, “to get backstage at Aerosmith concerts.”

His newsletter, Persuasion Matters, goes to approximately 5,000 readers a month.

Mark is one of only 500 people in the world to have earned the National Speakers Association Certified Speaking Professional designation. His schedule typically includes over 200 events per year and in the last 15 years has taken him to 8 countries and 40 states.

Mark’s favorite traveling experience found him chatting in the first class cabin with Richard “Cheech” Marin and Tommy Chong (Which Mark remembers fondly, but he’s uncertain whether Chong does). His favorite mode of transportation, however, is his 2007 VRSCDX Harley-Davidson V-Rod, which has been known to “fly” as well.

Rodgers lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with his wife and business partner, Amy (Whom Mark readily admits is the brains of the outfit!).

Mark’s work has attracted clients as diverse as the Harley-Davidson Motor Company to the Executive Education Program at the University of Wisconsin and dozens of other leading organizations.

Mark notes, “Persuasion matters, whether with prospects, clients, suppliers, the community, employees, investors, or the media. We improve your influence 360 degrees.”
